About the Role
Join Turning Stone Enterprises, a leader in the gaming and hospitality industry, as a Table Games Dealer. This role offers the potential to earn over $20 per hour (base pay + tips), a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and access to affordable housing. We are hiring across multiple locations including Turning Stone Resort Casino, Point Place Casino, and YBR Casino & Sports Book.
Responsibilities
- Accurately take guest bets, payout bets, and make change for guests.
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of gaming policies and procedures.
- Consistently keep shuffle time at 2 minutes or less.
- Alert the Floor Supervisor of any suspected irregularities on the game.
- Never correct their own mistakes.
- Maintain familiarity with all novelty game procedures.
Requirements
- Previous Blackjack training and/or experience.
- Two (2) years dealing in a commercial casino environment and/or accreditation from a professional gaming school (TS Dealer School) is preferred.
- Ability to speak, read, and understand the English language.
- Must continuously communicate with a degree of professionalism and accuracy.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Must meet the age requirement of 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 31 - 40 pounds.
