About the Role
Stand is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Concierge Specialist to join its customer experience team. This role will manage the service experience for high-value policyholders and broker partners throughout the policy lifecycle, including coordinating inspections, policy follow-ups, supporting renewals, and handling inbound inquiries. The specialist will assist customers with policy requirements, verify compliance, and provide insights to inform underwriting and retention. This is a high-ownership, visible position for individuals who excel at problem-solving, relationship building, and delivering exceptional service to sophisticated clientele.
Responsibilities
- Own the service experience for high-value policyholders and broker partners throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Coordinate inspections and policy follow-ups.
- Support policy renewals.
- Manage inbound customer needs.
- Help customers navigate policy requirements.
- Assess and verify compliance with policy requirements.
- Surface insights that inform underwriting and retention decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance, financial services, or customer-facing operations, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth tech-reliant environment.
- Experience managing complex follow-up workflows with multiple concurrent open cases and hard deadlines.
- Clear, polished communication skills with strong judgment and professionalism when interacting with high-net-worth individuals, brokers, and estate managers.
- Experience reviewing customer documentation, verifying compliance, and escalating exceptions with clear context.
- Self-directed and organized, capable of managing a full service workload with minimal oversight.
- Adaptable to evolving workflows, proprietary tools, and new standards.
- Property & Casualty license (CA and/or FL) required or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Stand does not sponsor new work visas.
- Consideration for candidates on TN visas, O-1A visas, or H-1B transfers with three years or more remaining.
