About the Role
This role works in partnership with the facilities and security team, assisting with and managing the day-to-day running of various facilities activities. This includes handling work orders, coordinating meetings and events, and managing café and lunch spaces. The incumbent is a self-starter who can prioritize work and deliver a high customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with addressing client concerns/issues using the work order system.
- Backup for Team Members - Facilities Coordinator.
- Work with landlord and other internal stakeholders to coordinate building services and adhere to building rules and regulations.
- Meeting event coordination and café cleanup.
- Stock and distribute supplies inventory as required.
- Furniture setup for meetings and external events/basic furniture & equipment installation.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- 3 months of work experience.

Salary/Compensations
- Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $49,000 to $60,000
