About the Role
In the role of Field Marketing Manager working in North/South Texas, you will be part of the Molson Coors Beverage Company Marketing Team. This position reports to the Director of Field Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
- Drive local brand positioning and investment for the Molson Coors portfolio of brands within the management unit or territory
- Lead Management Unit budget execution, and collaborate with sales teams to drive co-op partner/distributor investment
- Create strong customer relationships with alliance partners and provide thought leadership on industry and activation
- Collaborate with strategy and planning teams to co-develop annual and 3-year marketing plans inclusive of Management Unit Alliance roadmap and investment strategy
- Activate and develop support plans against new brands, national packaging innovations, and local promotional packaging opportunities aligned with strategic priorities
- Serve as relationship owner with key agency partners (creative (ATL/BTL), media, experiential)
- Develop people and teams inclusive of FMA and CDX (where applicable)
- Conduct regular in-market work to evaluate plan effectiveness and identify opportunities to be first choice for customers and consumers
Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in sales or marketing or a related field OR equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with marketing campaigns and field campaigns
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market or territory, as well as occasional meetings, trainings, and events outside the assigned territory
- Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with an understanding of business priorities
- Act with appropriate urgency to market events and trends requiring quick turnaround in plans and strategy
- Confident and competent, diplomatic, professional, and exercises great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships
- Serious about results and takes pride in a proven track record in delivering
