Responsibilities

Lead projects with clarity and impact by communicating effectively, aligning stakeholders, and managing timelines to guarantee successful go-live outcomes.
Leverage deep understanding of data management principles to influence strategic business, engage with clients, lead insightful discussions, and design solutions that create tangible value and measurable impact.
Manage risks and issues by identifying potential migration risks early, updating risk logs, and implementing mitigation strategies. Escalate critical issues promptly.

Requirements

Migration management experience to plan, coordinate, and oversee the entire data migration process, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
SAP technical expertise with deep knowledge of SAP migration tools (LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit, Data Services), data structures, and integration methods.
Ensure data governance and compliance, maintaining accuracy, completeness, and adherence to business and legal standards throughout the migration lifecycle.
Align expectations and resolve issues promptly with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
Fluent German communication for client-facing activities.
Strong English skills for global collaboration.
