About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Build sales growth for assigned accounts and product lines.
  • Engage customers to grow relationships and achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets.
  • Develop and execute tactical plans, manage budgets, forecasts, promotional planning, and pricing.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for all account activity, including internal connections with SCM/Mktg./Finance.
  • Develop and grow the Samsung Brand with all accounts.
  • Collaborate with accounts on joint business planning, brand management, in-store merchandising, and retail sales execution.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and the Samsung Marketing team to plan brand management, product pages, brand stores, and advertising plans for current and new product launches.
  • Manage and implement business trade spend within account programs and management budgets.
  • Analyze high-priority account performance quarterly using Samsung KPIs.
  • Work closely with Samsung marketing to maximize sales with each National Account.
  • Manage weekly product forecasts by model and dealer, ensuring inventory forecasts match promotional calendars by account.
  • Make product presentations, including new product introductions and product offerings, to customers and prospects according to company sales guidelines.
  • Serve as the liaison between customers and Samsung to coordinate and collaborate on inventory-related matters, including reviewing sales trends, future demand, purchase order submission, short-term upside/downside requests, Samsung commitments within lead time, long-range order forecasts, appointment request follow-ups, and logistics issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Versatile in multi-tasking.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CPFR Programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact comfortably with a wide range of levels in organizations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and presentation skills.
  • Must be highly self-motivated and capable of self-directed work.
  • Must be capable of planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple and simultaneous projects and assignments.
