Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties specific to each job under the direction of the Working Supervisor/Team Leader.
• Cleans and sanitizes countertops, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, mirrors, floors, fixtures, and fittings in restrooms.
• Sweeps, cleans, and potentially polishes and waxes floors.
• Cleans and sanitizes sinks, countertops, stovetops, microwaves, refrigerators, tables, and chairs in kitchens.
• Performs special orders for kitchens, including laundry, cleaning inside appliances, and washing dishes.
• Dusts and vacuums furniture, cleans floors, and vacuums carpets in living areas and bedrooms.
• Makes beds.
• Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports them to the disposal area.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
• Wipes marks off walls and dusts woodwork.
• Washes and/or wipes inside windows, door panels, and sills.

Requirements

• Ability to learn proper cleaning techniques using green cleaning products is essential.
• Successfully complete training program.
• Report to agreed-upon meeting location on time.
• Complete work efficiently, timely, and with excellent quality after arriving at the job site.
• Comply with proper safety policies and procedures, including wearing gloves and reporting incidents.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Be receptive to feedback and improving job performance.
• May be required to wear protective gear.
• May be required to wear a hip/backpack vacuum.
• May be required to walk and stand for extended periods.
• May be required to climb.
• May be required to bend forward.
• May be required to kneel down.
• May be required to crawl.
• May be required to reach or grasp.
• May be required to push and pull objects.
• May be required to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• May involve repetitive bending and lifting of items.
• May involve repetitive arm movements.
