About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Law graduate with a genuine interest in criminal, regulatory or inquest work to build a long-term career in a fascinating and highly specialised area of law. Working directly alongside a Leading Partner, you'll gain hands-on exposure to complex regulatory investigations, motor crime cases and inquests from day one, attending hearings, working with barristers and clients, and developing practical legal skills.

Responsibilities

Attending conferences, hearings, inquests and case strategy meetings
Taking accurate and detailed notes, capturing key decisions, advice and action points
Liaising with courts, barristers, clients, experts and regulatory bodies
Preparing hearing papers, bundles and supporting documentation
Assisting with legal research, chronologies, document reviews and case preparation
Helping to coordinate complex cases and ensuring important deadlines are met

Requirements

Ambitious individual genuinely interested in building a career in Crime & Regulatory law
Law graduate looking for first step into legal profession
Graduate with legal work experience, placement experience or previous paralegal role
Existing Paralegal seeking greater exposure to high-quality work and chance to learn from a leading expert
