About the Role

Ivoclar is seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Education and Professional Services Coordinator to support its network of clinicians, educational programs, and product training initiatives. This role aims to improve the efficiency of educational initiatives, enhance customer relationships, and ensure compliance with the company's quality system.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate relationships with customers to help administrator logistics for the departments of Education and Professional Services.
  • Assist in communications and follow up with continuum institutions, including universities, Key Opinion Leaders and activities sponsored by Ivoclar Vivadent.
  • Assist in coordinating product, literature and equipment support for customers of Ivoclar Vivadent as it relates to departmental initiatives.
  • Assist with departmental budget monitoring and filing process.
  • Coordinate guest visits to include travel arrangements, confirmation of schedules, and meals.
  • Assist with the development, support, and coordination of special events on and off-site.
  • Facilitate communication within the department from the Director of Education and Professional Services during absence.
  • Assist department staff with specialized projects, such as integrated communications, mailings, and support staff as needed.
  • Manage daily general travel schedule for the Director of Professional Services, including booking meetings, completion of expense reports, confirmation of speaking engagements, and communication with outside sponsoring organizations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President-Technology as needed in absence of primary support staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business or other related field required.
  • Three to five years customer relations or executive support experience desired.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and phone skills needed.
  • Strong practical knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and provide attention to detail.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
  • This position is not eligible for employer-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
