About the Role

The Busser/ Food Runner/ Expo plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This position acts as the link between our Front of House and Back of House teams, contributing to an exceptional dining experience through maintaining cleanliness, quality control, and timely order delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables promptly.
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering food to tables, and responding to guest requests.
• Ensure that all service stations are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk or hear.
• Frequently required to use hands and arms to reach, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
