Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR functions, focusing on time and attendance, payroll support, and onboarding.

Monitor daily timekeeping records for accuracy and compliance.
Support managers/supervisors with attendance policy enforcement.
Prepare and maintain new hire documentation and onboarding packets.
Coordinate pre-employment screenings and background checks.
Conduct new hire orientations and ensure completion of all required forms.
Enter new hire information into HRIS and payroll systems.
Support recruitment activities as needed (posting jobs, screening applicants, printing resumes, etc.).
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
SHRM certification preferred.
Working knowledge of ADP required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruiting required.
Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
Must be able to drive company vehicle.
