About the Role
This co-op offers hands-on experience in Treasury / Finance, where you’ll work on meaningful projects and gain insight into Credit, Collections, Cash Management, Cash Conversion Cycles, Industry / Economic Trends. You’ll collaborate with the Treasury Department Team, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer payment trends to identify potential credit and industry risks.
- Learn the customer onboarding process, including evaluating new credit applications, establishing credit limits, and monitoring credit exposure for both new and existing accounts.
- Utilize SAP and commercial credit reporting tools to assess customer creditworthiness and financial risk.
- Gain an understanding of the bad debt reserve process, write-offs, and account charge-off procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams – Sales, Accounting, Finance & direct interaction with customers.
- Collaborate, support, and engage with leading global companies across diverse industries.
- Contribute to business relationships with some of the world's largest and most influential companies.
Requirements
- Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Availability to work onsite full-time for one of the following flexible co-op durations: Spring & Summer, Spring only, Summer & Fall, Summer only, or Fall only.
