About the Role
This co-op offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment where you’ll work on meaningful projects and gain insight into material handling equipment design. You’ll collaborate with the mechanical systems team, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!
Responsibilities
- Working as an entry-level engineer with an assigned mentor.
- Designing, developing, prototyping, and testing mechanical systems and components with a focus on Class III material handling equipment design.
- Learn corporate tools and methods to develop mechanical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Working in a corporate team environment creating and developing efficient, economical solutions.
Requirements
- Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
- Available for onsite assignment in our Greene, NY location from January to May or January to August, or May to August or May to December 2027.
