About the Role

The Senior Manager, Network Services & Delivery is responsible for the leadership, performance, and reliability of enterprise network services, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Internet connectivity across all company locations. This role coordinates infrastructure-related project delivery and audit activities, balancing operational stability, project delivery, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and drives infrastructure-related deliverables across IT projects, ensuring alignment across Network, Systems Administration, End User, and Security teams.
  • Oversees project timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication to support successful and timely delivery.
  • Provides second- and third-level escalation support for complex network issues, balancing incident resolution and operational priorities with project and audit commitments.
  • Identifies cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery gaps and works collaboratively with stakeholders to strengthen infrastructure operations, processes, and execution.
  • Leads a team, fostering collaboration and partnership across IT and enterprise functions to deliver business results.
  • Provides leadership, coaching, mentorship, development, and performance management to ensure team effectiveness and high-quality outcomes.
  • Acts as the primary coordination lead for infrastructure-related audit activities, partnering with domain managers to manage audit requests, evidence collection, control validation, remediation tracking, and status reporting.
  • Supports the development, implementation, and ongoing adherence to IT policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and internal controls.
  • Drives alignment across Infrastructure Operations by identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and enhance delivery effectiveness.
  • Promotes consistent practices, governance, and operational discipline across infrastructure functions to support the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of IT services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in IT, including leadership and people management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating IT projects or workstreams across multiple teams.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating IT audit and compliance activities (e.g., SOX, PCI, regulatory environments).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and priorities.
  • Proven ability to manage competing demands across operations, projects, and audit activities.

Salary/Compensations
