About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic client support specialist to join our company. In this role, you will be required to attend to all customer queries, comments, and requests via phone or email. You'll also be helping clients set up their products and walking them through its features.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist customers with product setup and resolve technical issues.
• Inform customers about specialized product functionalities and features.
• Follow up with customers to ensure reported technical difficulties are resolved.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and report product errors, failures, or malfunctions to management.
• Maintain detailed records of client data, including comments, and feedback.
• Analyze customer feedback and advise management on areas of improvement.
• Maintain client accounts and update billing information.
