About the Role

Saratoga Eagle Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking Warehouse Selectors at our Saratoga Springs location. This role involves operating electric forklifts and pallet jacks, accurately selecting orders using a scanning system, and constructing pallets of products. The position offers a Monday-Thursday work week with no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric forklifts and pallet jacks after proper training.
• Accurately and efficiently select orders for delivery using a scanning pick system.
• Construct pallets of various products, with individual items potentially weighing between 30-50 lbs.
• Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Demonstrate conduct that reflects the Company's high value on employees, customers, and business partners.
• Participate and cooperate fully in assigned training, development, and group activities.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma recommended.
• One to two years of related warehousing and forklift experience and/or training recommended.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Knowledge of Internet software.
• Ability to learn and use assigned company equipment.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Understanding of product code dating system.
• Ability to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear for 10+ hours.
• Ability to lift up to 165 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts.
• Work in an ambient and climate-controlled warehouse with moderate noise levels.
