About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) for our site in Berlin-Zehlendorf, who will contribute to the development, continuous improvement, and sustainability of our analytical instruments as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

  • Designing complex digital and analog electronic circuits, embedded processor boards, input/output interfaces of all types, power supplies, power and motor driver circuits, and A/D converters
  • Specifying, designing, implementing, testing, and integrating small-scale embedded software applications
  • Implementing development designs while considering compliance requirements, manufacturing requirements, and serviceability needs
  • Collaborating with project management, cross-functional departments, suppliers, institutes, offshore design centers, and testing laboratories
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and internal policies

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in circuit design, PCB layout development, performance analysis, and trade-off analysis
  • Experience designing and implementing circuit tests throughout all phases of the product development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of designing high-precision analog measurement systems operating in electrically noisy environments
  • Fluent German and English language skills
