About the Role
As a Senior Consultant in the Post Trade Consulting team, you will deliver high-quality client projects within Capital Markets, providing consulting, business analysis, and project management services. You will guide less experienced team members and leverage the expertise of Subject Matter Experts.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects by sharing knowledge of Capital Markets challenges and large-scale change.
- Contribute to projects by sharing experience on how firms have tackled familiar challenges.
- Support the broader practice through knowledge sharing, marketing, and business development efforts.
Requirements
- Financial services consulting or change experience within a financial services organization (e.g., investment bank, asset manager, market infrastructure, or service provider).
- Knowledge of project management.
- Knowledge of business analysis.
- Knowledge of trade and transaction reporting, including regulations such as MiFID II, EMIR, CFTC, ASIC, and MAS, including the latest rewrites and refits.
- Knowledge of Post Trade Processing.
- Knowledge of CSDR regulation for Accelerated Settlements.
- Knowledge of Regulatory change.
- Knowledge of Financial Market Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Data and analytics.
- Knowledge of Controls.
- Knowledge of Process reengineering.
- Knowledge of Target Operating Model.
- Knowledge of Business Strategy.
- Knowledge of Operations Transformation.
- Knowledge of Technology Transformation.
- Good understanding of capital markets related trends and regulatory landscape.
- Detailed knowledge of at least one asset class or functional area.
