About the Role
As an Agent Dev Architect, you will shape innovative solutions that drive real business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with talented engineering teams, leverage cutting-edge technologies like AI and cloud platforms, and help clients transform their operations. You will have the opportunity to code agents using advanced AI tools and capabilities, making a tangible impact by leading the way in AI Agent Architecture.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable, scalable solution architectures that deliver measurable results.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of target architectures.
- Participate actively in client working sessions, contributing insights and expertise on a daily basis.
- Track deliverable completion, project status, resource plans, and budgets to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Support sales opportunities and assist in the completion of RFP responses, helping to grow the business.
- Maintain engagement economics reports and contribute to resource planning.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
- 0-3+ years of relevant experience
- Development experience in University or after school in developing AI systems.
- Specialized technical skills in technical solutions architecture, technology business requirements analysis, and cloud computing.
- Ability to analyze technical feasibility and conduct technology cost-benefit analysis.
- Experience with cloud architecture, FinOps, and emerging technologies.
Skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a knack for solving complex problems and evaluating variable factors.
- Technical expertise in AI solutions architecture design, application and tool analysis, emerging technologies, cloud computing, and data architecture modeling.
- Business acumen in building and managing relationships, earning client trust, and communicating with impact.

Salary/Compensations
- US base salary range: $106,900 to $176,500
- New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) base salary range: $128,400 to $200,600
