About the Role

As a Digital Consulting Analyst, you will engage in meaningful and challenging work, using innovative problem-solving and analytical thinking to collaborate with team members and propose unique solutions for clients across various industries. You will work closely with leadership on a diverse set of tasks and initiatives, contributing to a growing Digital practice.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in implementing technology solutions, including performing technology assessments, business process mapping, data conversions, user testing, and client support
• Liaising with internal and external team members during project engagement, presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing project logistics
• Conducting and participating in key stakeholder interviews with clients to gather qualitative data and information, and understand institutional culture
• Connecting with internal team members throughout the project engagement, presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing project logistics

Requirements

• Demonstrated academic excellence in a bachelor’s program relevant to the role with a graduation date of Spring 2027
• Interest in applying technology systems to business processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Advanced or highly proficient in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products (e.g. Microsoft Visio and Outlook)
• Travel to client sites is required, with frequency depending on project requirements and client needs
• Comfort with a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, including potential for extended hours depending on project demands
• Canadian Work Authorization is required

• Base salary: $75,000 CAD
• Total estimated compensation range (inclusive of annual incentive compensation): $81,000 - $84,000 CAD
