About the Role
We are seeking a Mobile Device and Accessory Manager to bolster the strategic expansion of our mobile product. This role encompasses comprehensive management of device and accessory product management from portfolio planning and product go-to-market (GTM) strategies, flawless launch execution and lifecycle management. The focus is on supporting the acceleration of mobile device and accessory revenue, enhancing device attach rates, and securing market share growth, all in line with our corporate budget objectives.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to achieving and exceeding corporate budget goals by driving initiatives that boost profitable revenue, device attach growth, accessory sales and market gain.
- Advocates for the Voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
- Takes charge of creating 4P’s and GTM briefing, facilitating comprehensive understanding of the product’s key selling points and value proposition across the organization.
- Keeps eyes on industry’s dynamic changes, conducts competitive analysis and market research.
- Manages mobile device launch execution, coordinating with various organizational departments and OEMs to ensure a seamless product GTM launch.
- Tracks device/accessory sell thru and inventory, aggregates forecast from different channel sources and supports the replenishment process.
- Demonstrates an ownership mentality by being accountable for the work’s quality and success.
Requirements
- Skilled in forming effective partnerships across essential areas, such as mobile product management, OEM management, sourcing, sales, finance, marketing, logistics, eCom, customer care etc.
- A customer-centric approach, with a strong grasp of consumer behavior, how products are distributed, customer experience and market dynamics.
- Excellent communications, strategic thinking and collaborative abilities.
- A commitment to ownership, urgency, integrity and delivering high-quality work.

Salary/Compensations
- $102,816.00 - $168,912.00 / year
