About the Role

Brigham and Women’s Primary Care in Norwood is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician (adult focused) to join a collaborative, patient-centered primary care team. This role offers the opportunity to join a close-knit suburban clinic while benefiting from the clinical excellence, innovation, and resources of a nationally recognized academic institution.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality, team-based care supported by advanced analytics.
  • Provide holistic, comprehensive care and expanded services for patients.
  • Immerse yourself in relationship-driven, value-based primary care.
  • Utilize ambient scribe technology to streamline documentation.
  • Manage patient messages with virtual in-basket support.
  • Handle centralized prescription management.
  • Engage in professional growth opportunities, including research and academic engagement.
  • Participate in robust onboarding and ongoing professional development programs.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Active Massachusetts medical license, or ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license to practice in Massachusetts, including MCSR and DEA.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
