About the Role
We are hiring dedicated, compassionate Nurse Aides, CNAs, and Caregivers to provide resident-focused, quality care for the elder Franciscan sisters in an environment that completely focuses on quality resident care.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct care to elder Franciscan sisters including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting, and restorative care.
- Documents care for residents as required.
- Communicates with residents, family members, management, and staff to ensure resident quality care.
- Assists and collaborates with the nursing staff with duties related to the ongoing needs of the residents according to established standards.
- Strives to support the religious life of sisters by contributing to providing a warm and caring convent environment.
- Engages in quality interpersonal experiences and meaningful interactions with sisters.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Current or lapsed Certified Nurse Aide certification on file with the state in which the health services are located is a PLUS but not required.
- Long-term resident care or home care experience is preferred but not required.
