About the Role

Create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and utilizing AT&T's full suite of products and services. Meet sales targets and earn commission in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Engage with the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Flexibility and openness to change are beneficial.
