About the Role

Provide business analytical support to internal team members and external clients, focusing on client relationship management and identifying opportunities for freight cost savings and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client data for trends, issues, and opportunities for freight cost savings and efficiencies.
• Monitor open client requests, ensuring progress towards closure and client satisfaction.
• Review carrier performance and client satisfaction with carrier performance.
• Conduct monthly client reviews, assessing tool utilization, client satisfaction, and demonstrating new tools.
• Engage clients on new services for organic revenue growth and identify cost-saving opportunities through cost analysis.
• Review opportunities for clients to move to more cost-attractive solutions and investigate ways to reduce operational costs while maintaining service levels.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in logistics or business, or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• 0-3 years of direct industry experience.
