About the Role

Intelli is seeking passionate individuals to join their team as Baristas. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, educating guests, and providing exceptional customer service in a direct trade specialty coffee environment. Responsibilities

• Operationally, adhere to policies, safety standards and protocols, and make suggestions for improving operations
• Prepare and serve beverages that adhere to freshness and quality standards
• Maintain coffee knowledge to educate and communicate with guests
• Engage with all guests in a hospitable, sincere and friendly manner

Requirements

• Speak and read English proficiently
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
• Can effectively communicate with others
• Able to learn and master coffee tasting profiles and dial-ins
• Good teamwork skills
• Able to multi-task and work in a high-volume environment
• The employee is regularly required to see, talk, and hear
• The employee is required to stand, walk, and sit on a continual basis. Will periodically stoop, kneel or crouch.
• Will use hands to reach, carry, hold items, or use the tablet/register
• May occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds

• $17.21/hr starting wage
• $18.16/hr after certification
• Tips average $5.00 - $7.00/hr
