About the Role
Secretly Distribution seeks a Digital Account Coordinator to provide support for UK, EU, and ROTW DSP relationships. This role involves supporting release pitching efforts, managing performance reporting, and presenting best practices to distributed partners.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit weekly pitching requirements to key DSP partners.
- Sculpt weekly reports detailing promotional visibility for new releases and performance metrics.
- Collate and share weekly consumption and streaming reports for internal teams.
- Collect and analyze pertinent data for high-profile campaigns.
- Advise distributed partners on digital marketplace best practices.
- Maintain awareness of digital music landscape developments and share insights with partners.
- Build relationships and identify opportunities at emerging digital platforms.
- Join and contribute to regular calls and in-person meetings.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience at a label, distributor, artist management company or DSP in a digital marketing, streaming, sales, or project management role.
- Pre-existing relationships or account management experience with DSPs is a plus.
- Keen interest in crunching numbers and affinity with tools such as Microsoft Excel.
- Active interest in emerging technologies and trends related to the digital music landscape.
- Effective communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Interest and knowledge of Secretly Distribution’s catalog and current roster of distributed partners.
- Deep passion for discovering and discussing new music across various genres.
