About the Role

The Director of FP&A and Transformation will serve as the analytics leader within the FP&A team, providing clear insights on Supply Chain and Commercial performance. This role will own core transformation projects including automation, AI deployment, and M&A activities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver clear, actionable insights on Supply Chain and Commercial monthly performance for leadership.
  • Elevate the analytical capability of the Finance team through embedding insights and building scalable, self-serve reporting.
  • Review monthly actuals versus forecast, identify key drivers, and build ad hoc analyses.
  • Review budget and forecast submissions for Supply Chain and Commercial, ensuring concise summarization of changes.
  • Lead and drive FP&A and Finance transformation projects, including process redesign, system implementations, and automation/AI initiatives.
  • Support M&A activities as relevant.
  • Partner cross-functionally on finance initiatives, including business case models, margin improvement, and process enhancement.
  • Serve as a trusted communicator, translating complex analysis into decision-ready insights.
  • Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to understand performance and deliver P&L analysis.
  • Lead communication between Finance and IT for project prioritization and execution.
  • Mentor and support the FP&A and Finance teams, fostering engagement and a solution-oriented culture.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Prior people management experience.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills with strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading finance transformation or process-improvement projects end to end.
  • Strong project-management discipline.
  • Comfort leading systems implementations or upgrades and automation or AI initiatives within Finance.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team.

  • Strong command of COGS, gross margin, and revenue drivers
  • Ability to trace the supply chain end to end
  • Ability to connect operational decisions to financial outcomes
  • Fluency with analytics and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Passion for turning data into insight and building scalable, self-serve reporting
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Advanced PowerPoint proficiency
  • CPG or Beverage Industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with SAP and TM1 a plus

Salary/Compensations

  • $160,000—$190,000 USD
