About the Role
The Relationship Development Associate (RDA) manages a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on proactive account management, quarterly reviews, and strategic engagement to increase revenue through upselling. This role requires leveraging product knowledge, client insights, and executive-level engagement to deepen relationships and understand client business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, providing support, insights, and solutions.
- Conduct in-depth, quarterly reviews with assigned accounts to assess satisfaction, address needs, and explore new opportunities.
- Upsell products exclusively to the existing client base, working toward revenue and commission targets.
- Build relationships at the executive level to understand clients' strategic goals and align Granite’s products.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Granite’s full range of products to position and sell solutions.
- Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients to foster trust and offer assistance.
- Create account plans to manage client growth, upsell potential, and identify areas for strengthening client relationships.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of accounts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client business challenges and position solutions effectively.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility for occasional travel to meet with clients, if necessary.

Salary/Compensations
- Estimated second-year OTE range of $60,000-$180,000 (base + uncapped commission)
