About the Role
As part of the fulfillment team, your primary role is assisting in ecommerce order fulfillment. You will carefully read invoices and check for accuracy of customized designs, invoices, and order numbers when pulling and packing orders. You will maintain organization of orders during the fulfillment process and ensure orders are sent out ahead of the final shipping date. You will also help fulfill no sew orders through pick and pack procedures, and support customization in laying out custom designs for orders. Quality control of e-commerce orders includes reviewing accuracy and quality of SKU, spelling, customization accuracy, color, and number of items. You will also be responsible for cleaning your workspace at the end of each day and breaking down boxes.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in ecommerce order fulfillment
- Pulling and packing orders, checking invoices for accuracy of customized designs, invoices, and order numbers
- Packaging orders, checking for gift wrap, notes, go green options, and correct order and invoice
- Maintaining organization of orders during the fulfillment process
- Ensuring orders are sent out ahead of the final shipping date
- Fulfilling no sew orders through pick and pack procedures
- Inventory tasks including unpacking boxes, counting, receiving and processing orders, reorganizing inventory, and creating solutions for better inventory storage and organization
- Supporting customization in laying out custom designs for orders
- Quality control of e-commerce orders, reviewing accuracy and quality of SKU, spelling, customization accuracy, color, and number of items
- Cleaning workspace at the end of each day
- Breaking down boxes and helping with cleaning responsibilities
Requirements
- Professional work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Office and Google Docs / Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age
- Able to work legally in the USA
