About the Role

We are seeking a VP, Data Centre Delivery to lead mission-critical Data Center Infrastructure projects across the EMEA region. This executive will direct our technical delivery organization, ensuring efficient and timely completion of infrastructure deployment, system maintenance, and operational activities, meeting both internal and customer expectations. The role requires deep expertise in best-in-class data center infrastructure and collaboration with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and track plans for unit initiatives, ensuring focused team time.
Collaborate with adjacent units to define clear process demarcation points.
Partner with the Onboard Specialist for tailored onboarding and orientation.
Collaborate with the Director of Training and Development for appropriate programs.
Strategize with Sales and Support Solutions Manager for a comprehensive program approach.
Provide vetted job descriptions and support to the Recruiting Manager.
Offer guidance and support to recruiters as needed.
Monitor deployed initiatives for adherence and consistency.
Identify opportunities for unit-wide improvements.
Establish and maintain regular communication with team members.
Monitor team needs, including training, PTO, and travel.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Monitor team schedules and staffing levels.

Requirements
