About the Role
Lead BCG’s Global AI Innovation agenda through the CT Zero to One squad, guiding the team in rapidly turning high-potential AI ideas into working prototypes. Provide senior product leadership from opportunity identification through prototype delivery and validation, creating clarity, setting priorities, and mobilizing multidisciplinary teams to build and learn quickly.
Responsibilities
- Set the global product direction for AI Innovation, translating emerging opportunities and BCG priorities into a focused pipeline of product experiments.
- Lead the CT Zero to One team, creating the conditions for multidisciplinary teams to move from idea to working prototype within a small number of focused sprints.
- Frame opportunities and define clear hypotheses, user needs, success measures, and decision points before teams begin prototyping.
- Guide rapid prototype development and experimentation, using evidence and user feedback to determine what should advance, iterate, pivot, or stop.
- Drive promising prototypes toward enterprise readiness, identifying the product, technology, risk, and operational requirements needed for successful transition.
- Partner across Consulting Practice Areas, AI and technology, product, engineering, and design to bring the right expertise into each innovation effort.
- Establish repeatable zero-to-one ways of working that increase the speed and quality of innovation while creating a clear path from prototype to scalable product.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years of relevant experience, including significant product leadership across AI, data, or enterprise technology products.
- Demonstrated success taking emerging ideas from early discovery and experimentation through validation and product investment decisions.
- Strong understanding of AI and GenAI capabilities, data platforms, and the technical foundations required to build scalable products.
- Ability to frame highly ambiguous problems, make evidence-based trade-offs, and translate emerging opportunities into clear product direction.
- Proven success influencing senior leaders and aligning global, cross-functional teams around complex product priorities and investment decisions.
- Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams while creating clarity, accountability, and space for rapid experimentation.
- Strong customer orientation and business judgment, connecting user needs, technology possibilities, and measurable business value.
