About the Role
Superhuman is seeking a Business Operations Lead to partner with the leadership team of one of its Business Units (BUs). This role drives strategic clarity, operational alignment, and execution across the BU's most important initiatives, supporting the EPDM leadership team in expanding the product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the BU’s EPDM leadership team to translate strategy into clear priorities, decisions, and execution plans.
- Manage team-level planning, goal-setting, business reviews, and performance tracking.
- Take ownership of the BU’s most complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Establish team rhythms, cadences, documentation, and tooling for operational efficiency.
- Represent leaders in forums, cross-company meetings, and escalation paths as a trusted delegate.
- Partner across the company with other BUs, RTM teams, and functional experts.
- Facilitate information flow to enable fast, informed decision-making.
- Drive operational readiness for new products, integrations, and launches.
- Independently drive initiatives day-to-day and partner with the broader Strategy & Operations team for support.
Requirements
- Experience operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional execution, especially in complex go-to-market or enterprise growth environments.
- Proven track record partnering with senior leaders across EPDM, GTM, Revenue, Sales, Finance, and Data to align priorities and execute strategy.
- Skill in building operating cadences, governance models, planning rhythms, and decision-making processes.
- Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, multi-product organization.
- Comfort owning ambiguous, high-impact initiatives independently, using data-informed judgment.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.
