About the Role

Internova Travel Group is seeking a NetSuite Functional Specialist with an accounting background and in-depth NetSuite functional knowledge. The ideal candidate is a system-savvy problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses extensive NetSuite knowledge, and can translate business needs into actionable solutions. This role is responsible for financial systems' performance, functionality, and reliability, including business analysis, process re-engineering, implementation, and support of NetSuite Financial Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure ERP design and functionality drive value and efficiency.
  • Review, research, diagnose, and resolve issues, providing application support within defined SLAs.
  • Provide on-call support for bug fixes and enhancement activities.
  • Troubleshoot complex process, functional, and application issues and manage them to resolution.
  • Monitor and deliver ERP support functions, including end-user requests for saved searches, reports, KPIs, dashboards, user training, and form/field management.
  • Assist in financial system upgrades, enhancements, conversions, and support system interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot data integrity issues within NetSuite and integrated systems.
  • Engage in business process reengineering, system requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
  • Support and optimize NetSuite's Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Procure to Pay Modules.
  • Implement NetSuite functionality and roll out NetSuite to additional business units.
  • Communicate system issues and progress updates to end-users.
  • Plan, design, configure, and implement new or improved NetSuite ERP functionality and application changes in collaboration with Development, Business Process Owners, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Drive simplification and standardization of business processes, developing and being accountable for key information and metrics.
  • Apply accounting and auditing principles to maintain data integrity, internal controls, and audit trails.
  • Perform special projects involving systems analysis, design, development, and implementation, leading projects from inception to completion.
  • Work with CMS (Commission Management System) for data reconciliation between NetSuite and CMS.
  • Develop, review, and execute system test scripts, performing end-to-end testing of business processes.
  • Develop user training guides and materials, and conduct training for end-users.
  • Work with NetSuite support to resolve product bugs and patch upgrades.
  • Provide on-call support and demonstrate a zeal to learn and develop newer technology tools and skills.
  • Travel as required for business/project meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Technology or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Business & Financial Systems analysis, design, and application support.
  • 6 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP Financial modules.
  • Experience working and implementing/configuring NetSuite, O2C, P2P and R2R functionality is required.
  • Excellent functional knowledge working and configuring NetSuite applications.
  • Experience completing 2-3 full cycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and functionality within NetSuite, such as multi-subsidiary/multi-book/multi-currency and intercompany transactions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of NetSuite saved searches, workflows, custom reporting.
  • NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification.
  • Travel industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to provide on-call support.
  • Zeal to learn and develop newer technology tools and skills.
