About the Role
We are currently looking for an independent contractor who is a detail-orientated Merchandiser to work at a retail location, for 5 to 7 hours per week on weekdays!
Responsibilities
- Make packaged product displays beautiful and appealing to customers.
- Bring products from storage and fill displays following a Planogram.
- Update seasonal displays and pricing.
- Place product orders.
- Execute account-specific initiatives, including bookings, end caps, and marketing programs.
- Recognize opportunities to add value during store visits and collaborate with department personnel.
- Provide regular merchandising support, including shelf maintenance, Planogram changes, Out of Stock correction, and freshness checks.
- Prepare and submit required reporting daily.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with the public and store personnel.
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized.
- Flexibility to adjust to an ever-changing market environment.
- Able to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Able to stand for several hours on a continuous basis.
