About the Role

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing and controlling manual or automated tasks for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. This includes functions such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, and storage, ensuring the efficient flow of products to customers. Our warehouse team members play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive the products they need.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Train and become certified to drive material handling equipment as required, such as order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights of 20-30 feet regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established performance quotas and attendance requirements.
• Basic proficiency in English, including reading and writing for document processing.

Skills

• Experience working with technologies like computers or point of sale systems is a plus.
