The Assistant Manager role is a high-impact sales position responsible for driving revenue, growing accounts, and maximizing branch performance. Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and branch sales goals by driving performance, improving retention, and contributing to profitability
- Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions and manage the full loan lifecycle
- Generate new and repeat business through customer engagement and outbound outreach
- Deliver a high-energy, service-focused customer experience
- Process cash transactions and payments accurately while maintaining compliance
- Manage delinquency and help resolve past-due accounts
- Transport funds and deposits as part of branch operations
- Support team performance through additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling
- Ability to pass drug screening and background checks where permitted by law
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation (required for bank deposits)
