About the Role

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven enterprise seller to embed within Accenture's account teams. This role will identify and qualify workforce reinvention opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and design comprehensive LearnVantage solutions to accelerate client transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Embed within Accenture's Diamond Account and strategic account teams as the dedicated LearnVantage sales resource.
  • Attend account planning sessions, QBRs, and client meetings to identify and qualify workforce reinvention opportunities.
  • Build trusted, recurring relationships with Client Account Leads (CALs), Managing Directors, and Accenture industry leads.
  • Introduce LearnVantage into active Accenture transformation programs, attaching relevant training to existing engagements.
  • Lead executive-level discovery and solution presentations with client C-suite stakeholders.
  • Design comprehensive LearnVantage workforce solutions that complement and accelerate technology transformations.
  • Present value-selling business cases connecting LearnVantage investments to measurable client outcomes.
  • Navigate Accenture's internal commercial processes, advocating for LearnVantage's commercial interests.
  • Manage LearnVantage pipeline across assigned Accenture accounts with disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
  • Convert Accenture-introduced opportunities into closed, contracted LearnVantage engagements and expand them over time.
  • Serve as the voice of the client and CAL back to LearnVantage's product, curriculum, and go-to-market teams.
  • Travel to client sites and Accenture offices as required (estimated 30-50%).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, account management, sales leadership, or new logo acquisition in a consulting, technology, or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of originating and closing significant net new business in mid-market or multi-subsidiary environments, preferably $500K+ ARR deals or more.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
