About the Role

The House Manager supervises the delivery of care coordination services to an adult population with a history of substance abuse, some of whom have specialized needs. This role assumes overall responsibility of the facility in the absence of the Site Director and Clinical Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical case-management supervision to case managers of the Community Residence.
• Offer counseling and support to enhance clients’ capacity to benefit from treatment regimen.
• Perform crisis intervention to assist clients in dealing with sanctions, barriers to employment and self-sufficiency.
• Engage in community outreach to locate appropriate clients and assist through the enrollment process.
• Provide assessment and support services to facilitate access to specialized services (e.g., Mental Health, Social Security Disability, Veteran’s Resources).
• Assist in facilitating access to job training, job search activities, placement, and stabilization.
• Perform advocacy and report client activity.
• Adhere to agency protocols for maintenance and security of agency equipment.
• Act as a member of the multi-disciplinary team and participate in weekly case conferences.
• Ensure accuracy of treatment plans and the delivery of clinical services.
• Develop clinical programming appropriate to the needs of the population.

Requirements

• 2-3 Years of experience in a substance abuse setting.
• Experience providing clinical supervision in a residential setting.
• Extensive knowledge of community resources available to clients diagnosed with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, chronic medical conditions, and veterans.
• Unwavering commitment to quality programs and data-driven program evaluation.
• Ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performance teams that achieve program objectives.
• Ability to work effectively in collaboration with a diverse interdisciplinary team.
• Action-oriented, adaptable, and innovative approach to program planning.

• Bachelor's, CASAC, CASAC-T, CRC, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LCSW or higher preferred.
