About the Role
This role helps create appointments for the loyalty team and handles lease finance and cash portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Create preliminary estimates and submit warranty claims for dealership approval
- Assist with scheduling customer’s vehicles in for repair and collect payment upon delivery
- Check in collision vehicles by taking intake photos and creating a work order
- Support customer calls pertaining to repair status, insurance details and car rental inquiries
- Proactively educate customers on the insurance and repair process to enhance the customer experience
- Update customer information in the management system as required
- Provide continuous repair updates to customers during the repair process
- Assist with resolving customer issues as they arise in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
- College diploma or two years’ relevant experience
- Experience in an automotive BDC environment is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office/Outlook, Mitchell Connect and Audatex
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience working within a body shop or auto claims
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
