About the Role
Edgebrook Estates is seeking a service-minded Maintenance Technician to maintain and upgrade its 336-unit residential apartment community, ensuring its functionality and good condition.
Responsibilities
- Prepare units for occupancy.
- Complete make-ready work and general work orders.
- Perform general maintenance, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
- Perform manual repairs such as fixing locks and replacing windows.
- Conduct general upkeep procedures like landscaping, painting, carpentry, and pool maintenance.
- Complete daily paperwork.
- Handle on-call responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- General knowledge of maintenance duties.
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
