About the Role
Aramark UK is recruiting a Café Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of a shift, motivate the team, and ensure excellent customer service at GOGGS in London.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the team is motivated and provides a service-focused environment.
- Assist the Retail Manager with stock control and ordering, staff rotas, and shift patterns.
- Train and coach the team.
- Ensure cleaning schedules are in place and followed by staff.
- Operate the till and handle cash, exploring upselling opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Make drinks and serve food.
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Demonstrate a real understanding of menu items and explain them to customers.
- Train new starters.
- Manage cash, give change, record orders, and cash up.
Requirements
- Must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years.
- Must have legal right to work in the UK.
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- Previous experience preferred.
