About the Role
As a member of the Executive Office, the Manager will serve as a point of contact and strategic partner to a member(s) of Capital Group’s Management Committee. They will help drive the strategy, and elevate the impact of, external and internal engagements across leaders, and they will work on enterprise-wide initiatives contributing to the firm’s Long Term Strategic Plan. This role will be highly visible with Capital Group’s senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact and strategic partner to a member(s) of Capital Group’s Management Committee.
- Drive strategy and elevate the impact of external and internal engagements across leaders.
- Work on enterprise-wide initiatives contributing to the firm’s Long Term Strategic Plan.
- Help shape and grow the Executive Office’s remit and global responsibilities.
- Support senior leadership with a proactive, forward-thinking approach.
- Review executive-level briefings and assess senior strategic engagements with clients.
- Help shape the Executive Office’s evolving remit and expanding its impact across the enterprise.
- Informally develop a team through mentoring.
Requirements

Salary/Compensations
- Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273-$286,837
- New York Base Salary Range: $190,040-$304,064
