About the Role
Operate an industrial forklift to perform material handling assignments, identifying and transporting material to and from storage areas and the loading dock. Safely operate forklift/high-lift to manage stock levels for picking and put-away during day and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Transport pallet loads of product from dock to correct warehouse slot using powered industrial equipment, ensuring pallets are secure to prevent damage or injury.
- Replenish pick slots with product from reserve slots to maintain inventory levels for selection.
- Perform operations and safety checks on equipment, including battery, brakes, lift controls, and fire extinguisher.
- Record all product, equipment, and warehouse damage.
- Maintain aisle cleanliness by removing debris from floors and racks.
- Follow safety policies and practices at all times.
Requirements
- Able to read and write legibly.
- Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Must be able to understand Voxware commands.
- Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees.
