Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs, accountable for execution, quality, financial performance, and business outcomes.
- Partner with senior client executives to define transformation strategies, program roadmaps, governance models, and value realization objectives.
- Establish and lead global delivery organizations across business, functional, technical, integration, data, testing, deployment, change management, and support workstreams.
- Drive program planning, mobilization, estimation, staffing, governance, financial management, and execution across all phases of SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment to program objectives and delivery commitments.
- Lead executive governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder communications, providing transparent reporting and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure adoption of SAP leading practices, Accenture delivery methodologies, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
- Guide teams through major program milestones including design, build, testing, deployment planning, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition to support.
- Drive delivery innovation by leveraging AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics to improve productivity, quality, risk management, and delivery efficiency.
- Build trusted relationships with client executives and become a strategic advisor on SAP transformation, delivery excellence, and business value realization.
- Support account growth through delivery excellence, executive relationship development, opportunity identification, and participation in sales and pursuit activities.
- Support sales origination, proposal development, solution shaping, and business case creation for future SAP transformation opportunities.
- Develop delivery assets, accelerators, and leading practices while mentoring the next generation of SAP program and delivery leaders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of SAP Delivery, Program Management, Transformation Leadership, or Consulting experience.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in Leadership roles (Delivery Lead, Program Manager, Program Director, or Delivery Executive) for SAP transformation programs supporting Consumer, Goods & Services companies.
- Minimum two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for planning, execution, deployment, and business outcomes.
- Experience managing large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources) across multiple geographies and delivery centers.
- Minimum of 2 years experience/strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, governance, testing, deployment, data migration, change management, and operational readiness.
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing program financials, executive stakeholders, third-party vendors, and complex delivery risks.
- Experience supporting business development, proposal efforts, solution shaping, or pursuit activities for SAP transformation opportunities.
- Experience leveraging AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics capabilities to improve SAP delivery effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Prior consulting or advisory experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience).
