Summit Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a collaborative orthopedic team within one of the region's premier integrated healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while helping expand orthopedic services across Nassau County and the surrounding Long Island communities.
Responsibilities
- Perform a broad range of general orthopedic procedures
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency program
- Eligible for unrestricted New York medical licensure and DEA registration
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine and exceptional patient care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
