About the Role
Join our patient-centered dental practice in Brooklyn as a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant. Play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and comfortable experience for every patient, supporting dentists and hygienists, and contributing to clinical and administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms with care and professionalism
- Assist during procedures with suction, retraction, and dental material prep
- Record accurate patient data, vitals, and treatment details
- Capture digital X-rays and ensure proper infection control protocols
- Provide post-op instructions and help patients feel informed and supported
- Support lab tasks and keep sterilization logs up to date
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant program
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
- Computer literate and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-first attitude and commitment to patient care
