About the Role
The Ticket Sales & Service Coordinator will ensure smooth delivery of fan experiences, manage departmental projects and campaigns, and support leadership with strategic initiatives across Membership Sales and Services, Premium Seating, and Group Sales.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for all fan experiences tied to ticket sales packages.
- Plan and execute targeted prospect and member events.
- Act as liaison between ticketing staff, arena operations, and game presentation.
- Provide on-site support on game days.
- Support sales staff with CRM lead generation, data tracking, and reporting.
- Research and apply best practices from across the NHL and broader sports/entertainment industry.
- Establish project structure including communication channels, deliverables, meeting cadence, and timelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring transparency and timely updates.
- Facilitate departmental meetings, set agendas, document notes, and track follow-ups.
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Chief Commercial Officer and VP of Ticket Sales & Service.
- Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, travel arrangements, and other business-related reports.
- Draft, format, and proofread presentations, proposals, and internal/external communications.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and support special projects.
- Maintain utmost confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, events, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Skills
- TicketMasters knowledge preferred.
- Archtics knowledge preferred.
- KORE CRM system knowledge preferred.
