About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties for the front desk, including checking guests in and out.
- Take phone calls and messages for clients and guests.
- Attend training programs as needed.
- Comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Participate in regular safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Dynamic and reliable person with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to quality assurance and safety.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
- 2 years of experience is required.
- Experience in Guest Services in a previous camp, lodge, or hotel.
- Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, or a reservation and management POS system.
