About the Role

As an Associate on the Infrastructure team, you will support day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes and projects. You will develop core investment banking knowledge and enhance analytical, communication, marketing, and sales skills. Your responsibilities will include creating financial models, drafting client materials, participating in presentations, and managing Analysts.

• Draft pitch and marketing materials.
• Participate in client presentations.
• Manage Analysts.
• Act as a role model to Analysts by identifying training and learning opportunities and monitoring work quality.

• SIE, Series 79, Series 63 (either must have or must take exams within 30 days of start date).

• Financial modeling skills a plus.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
